Why couples in Orange County choose Toofan Studios
We know these venues. Not from a brochure, but from load-ins, sound checks and baraat walk-throughs, many of them several times over. That familiarity shows on the day: smoother setups, timelines the venue team trusts, and production designed around each room rather than forced into it.
A Toofan wedding weekend can move from a harpist or sitar at the ceremony to a fully produced reception with intelligent lighting, cold sparks and CO2, all with one team, one plan and one point of contact.
Orange County venues we know well
The Resort at Pelican Hill, Newport Beach
One of our most memorable weddings. A harpist accompanied the ceremony beneath Pelican Hill’s iconic arch, before the celebration moved indoors for a full-scale dance party with heavy lighting, cold-spark fountains and CO2 cannons. It had the works.
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point
A venue we’ve returned to several times. A sitar on the ocean-view lawn set a beautiful tone for the ceremony, and inside we built a lighting and production setup that made the reception feel truly special.
Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel
We’ve celebrated here many times and have a great relationship with the team. The baraat route is wide, simple and family-friendly, and the ballrooms are easy to access, which makes for a reliably great night.
Waterfront Beach Resort, Huntington Beach
Possibly our most frequented venue anywhere. We’ve produced weddings, corporate events and milestone birthdays here, and we love working with the Waterfront team.
VEA Newport Beach
We transformed the ballroom into a 1970s-style disco and opened the day with a flower blast at the ceremony, one of the most fun weddings of the year.
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa
A sitar set the mood for cocktail hour, and the ballroom became a one-of-a-kind noir-style evening.
Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
A truly memorable baraat, followed by a reception that never let up.
More Orange County venues
We’ve also celebrated at Alta Vista Country Club in Placentia, a stunning ceremony location; Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano, for a charming cocktail hour; and The Ranch at Las Lomas in Silverado, where the ranch setting made the day incredibly special. Add to that Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda with its stunning historic hall, a large corporate event at the Montage Laguna Beach, and many more venues across the county.
